JME Creations - Design Team Day Blue/Brown Project

Today is Design Team Day at JME Creations!
We were asked to make a blue/brown project.  I tried to use all brown and blue but I gave in and threw red in there too.

Today I made a tag to attach to one of my Christmas gifts this year.  I dont usually make my own Christmas cards but I do want to add a personal touch to the gifts that I give out so I thought I would make cute tags to put on each gift that I give this year.

Here is my project:

Recipe:

Simply Charmed Cricut Cartridge
Cricut Essentials Cricut Cartridge
Birthday Bash Cricut Cartridge
My Pink Stamper Winter Treats & Sayings
Core'dinations Blue Cardstock
Recollections Brown Cardstock
Recollections Bling
Red/ White Scrap Cardstock
Recollections Bling
White Gel Pen

**I havent added any string or ribbon because once I wrap the present I will find coordinating ribbon to tie the tag onto the package.

Thanks for stopping by! Dont forget to check out what the rest of the design team has created! I cant wait to see all the wonderful projects at JME Creations!

Hope you have a crafty weekend! I will have more projects up this weekend for the 100 Cartridge Blog Hop at My Cricut Craft Room and a fun card!

HSN Cricut Banner - Cricut Contest

Happy Sunday! Tonight Cricut will be debuting their Cricut Expression 2 on HSN and they had a contest to make a pennant banner that says Cricut. The best banners will be shown and displayed starting tonight at midnight throughout the day tomorrow.

I have never made a pennant banner so this was my first try. I am hoping just to see my banner although the winners of the Contest will win some amazing prizes!

Here is my Cricut banner!

I made it for Halloween using Studio G paper and this is where I first made my spider button.  I used a lot of Twinery twine because I love it!  I am hoping that I get to see it on tv tonight/tomorrow. That would be so fun, whether I win or not! I am proud of my first banner and I think I will start making them more often!

Recipe:

Car Decals Cricut Cartridge
Studio G Paper
Misc Cardstock paper

White Gel Pen
ATG gun

Wish me luck! I am hoping to see my creation along with some of my friends' beautiful banners! It should be a fun 24 hours or so!

My Cricut Craftroom - Festive Friday!

Today is Festive Friday at My Cricut Craft Room!
I am so lucky to be a part of this wonderful team of amazing gals! I wish I could participate every day!

Today is the day that we celebrate all things festive!  I was going to do a Christmas card but for some reason everytime I craft lately, it is Halloween.  The funny thing is that I never once celebrated Halloween growing up and even now I dont have any Halloween decorations (hiding my head now). I guess I need to make some.  But that definately doesnt stop me from making Halloween cards!

Today I used my Simply Charmed Cartridge. This is a cartridge that I find myself looking for everytime a holiday comes around. I love the whimsical characters that are on the cartridge!

Recipe:

Simply Charmed Cricut Cartridge
My Pink Stamper Spooky Puns Sentiment
Studio G Paper
White Gel Pen
Misc Orange, black, white, red cardstock
ATG gun
Ribbon from the $1 section at Walmart

I hope this gets you in the Halloween mood! I know my kids are ready to dress up and get candy. Its all they can talk about!  Hope you have a Festive Friday and enjoy the weekend!
Dont forget to stop by My Cricut Craft Room and see what the other designers made! Im sure they are all wonderful creations!

Lots of Love

JME Creations - Design Team Day - Fall Project

Hi Everyone! I hope that you had a great weekend!
Today is Design Team Day at JME Creations!
Our project today is Fall!

It is just turning into Autumn here and the leaves are falling outside. I was going to make a leaf project but for some reason I cant get Halloween out of my head. Maybe its because of the cute stacks of paper all over my craft room that are Halloween themed.

This is my pumpkin project that I made for fall.  I just got a bunch of My Pink Stamper stamps that I have wanted for a long time (thanks hubby!) and so today I used my first set "Spooky Puns" and I heart them.  I have so many projects due in the next two months that I will be using all of the sets that I have very soon!

Recipe:

Simply Charmed Cricut Cartridge
Birthday Bash Cricut Cartridge
My Pink Stamper Spooky Puns Sentiment
Studio G Paper and Stickers
Black, Orange, Pink, Green Cardstock
Core'dinations Purple Cardstock
White Gel Pen
$1 Ribbon from Walmart
Black Martha Stewart Pen
Martha Stewart Black Ink Pad
Glue Gun

I heart this card so much. I decided to make a ribbon for being the "pick of the patch" and I love how it turned out.  I hope you have a great week and are starting to enjoy Fall.

Please visit JME Creations and see what the rest of the talented team have come up with! They are a great and amazing bunch of ladies!

My Cricut Craft Room 100 Cartridge Blog Hop

Welcome to My Cricut Craft Room's 100 Cartridge Blog Hop

You should have come from..... Heather S at http://operationcricutdesign.blogspot.com/
If you did not please start at the begining of the hop at
http://mycricutcraftroom.blogspot.com/

The cartridges I chose for this hop were Elegant Edges, Sweet Tooth Boxes and Jolly Holidays. I wanted to have a cartridge that I also used on all of them so I chose a circle cut on Cricut Essentials cartridge and encorporated it into my designs.

Elegant Edges:

This card is perfect for Halloween! I just love all the fun colors!

Recipe:
Elegant Edges
Cricut Essentials
My Minds Eye Blackbird Paper
Black Cardstock
White Gel Pen
White Ink Pad
Stamps from Michaels $1 bin - both vampire and sentiment
ATG gun

Jolly Holidays

I bought Jolly Holidays on Black Friday last year and had yet to open it so I am glad that I chose it for this hop. It is becoming one of my favorites rather quickly!
Recipe:
 Jolly Holidays Cricut Cartridge
Cricut Essentials
Basic Grey Jovial snowman paper (my favorite- its so cute!)
Red, White & Black Cardstock
White Gel Pen
Twine from The Twinery (the best twine!)
Sentiment is from the Craft Lounge Snowy Sayings Stamp Set (says Skating by to say hi!)
Martha Stewart Black Ink Pad
I used a red pen to give the snowman rosy red cheeks.

Sweet Tooth Boxes:
This is one of my newest cartridges so I have been playing with it a lot. I made these boxes to deliver bars of Scentsy in when I sell it. I thought it would be a cute way to say thank you and enjoy! I am going to wrap the box in tulle and tie it at the top in a bow but I didnt have the right color to do so yet!

Recipe:
Sweet Tooth Boxes Cartridge
Cricut Essentials Cartridge
My Minds Eye Blackbird Paper
Orange Cardstock
Black Martha Stewart Pen
Ribbon was $1 in a bin at Walmart

I hope you enjoyed what I made! I think I will use all these cartridges a lot in the next couple of months!

Since this is my first blog hop since being chosen to be a member of My Cricut Craft Room I will be giving a $20 Product Credit for my Scentsy site.  All you have to do to have a chance to win it is to
